WPF shall mean Women’s Professional Fastpitch, LLC. ii. Free Agent shall mean a player that has not yet signed to a WPF Affiliate Team. iii. WPF Affiliate Team shall mean a professional softball team that participates as a member of the WPF league. B) WPF Player Pool does NOT BIND AN ATHLETE TO PLAY IN WPF, but gives them the opportunity to be eligible to be signed to a WPF Affiliate Team Roster. C) IF A PLAYER WANTS TO TAKE THEMSELVES OUT OF THE PLAYER POOL, player will simply communicate with WPF Contact and use the template, provided at the end of this agreement, and submit the request to info@wprofastpitch.com. Eligibility * A) A Player’s eligibility to enter the WPF Player Pool is determined by the following: i. Player is at least 21 years old ii. Player has exhausted their college career eligibility.
